BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I sold my car to this dealer for 407,000 MXN and after contacting them almost daily for my money they kept telling me I would see the money mañana! They told me this several times assuring me I would be paid. 1 month later they just told me that I need to contact a lawyer if I want to get MY MONEY! Really? This is how you conduct your business? This is a dealership of criminals. WHY DO I NEED A LAWYER TO RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR THE CAR YOU PURCHASED FROM ME?!!!!!!! You will definitely be hearing from my Lawyer!!!!

Do yourself a favor and don't buy a used car from them. They tell you they are going to fix any issues with the car but don't actually do anything aside from giving you false promises that issues can be fixed easily later. Unless you can do a direct bank transfer, the payment process is impossible - an international bank wire or international credit card apparently take a month to verify. I did a nearly instant Remitly payment that still took them a week to verify. I ended up paying with cash and that STILL TOOK 2 DAYS for them to verify and release the vehicle to me. The sales rep I worked with made many mistakes and provided a lot of false promises (lies) and misinformation. Her manager Rafael who manages the used car department also promises action but so far has yet to fix the issues with the car.

I did service for my 4Runner and it has no coolant after 2 weeks of service. Terrible experience.

We went yesterday , no agents were willing for assistance with the sales on used models ,the only kind person it's the security guard. A shame for a big company
